We hypothesized that 'no two children learn the same way' which allowed us to understand the need to provide personalized development plans for young children. This means that the child must be at the center of the product. Based on in-depth research with teachers, administrators, parents, extracurricular providers, and 30 years of cumulative data, we developed a comprehensive digital platform that continually monitors all macro and micro-moments in a child's life so that we can create an optimized, data-driven development plan that is unique to each child. We then created a go-to-market plan based on extensive journey maps about a child's growth from infancy to Kindergarten, and how parents and caregivers interact with children over time.
